Blizzard is built for low-latency streaming and multilingual voice generation, with voice cloning available on the service.

Blizzard is tested every day on a fixed set of text prompts, measuring how quickly audible speech starts and how intelligible the result is.

Limits of this comparison

Coval calls LMNT's API with the common prompt set and waits for audible speech rather than stopping the clock when a silent stream begins.

  • The benchmark uses a fixed voice and does not score speaker similarity or every language offered by LMNT.
